Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume front desk operations including visitor check-in, call routing, and mail handling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure optimal conference room setup
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols for weekend access
- Assist with weekend administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support event coordination for weekend client meetings and gatherings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
