Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and call routing accuracy
- Greet and assist all visitors with warm hospitality and precise information delivery
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and maintain executive calendar synchronization
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client and company information
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience in a corporate setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
