Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, message handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office resource scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Support special weekend events and VIP client arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
