Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a professional reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms accordingly.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
