Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and maintain digital records with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- File Management: Organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
- General Office Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and couriers during weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets summarizing weekly data activities.
- Customer Service: Provide a professional front for visitors and clients during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Typing: High typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
