As a Weekend Office Assistant, you will be the face of our office, ensuring our daily administrative tasks run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all data handling.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into our CRM and internal databases.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
- Handle filing, scanning, and digitizing of physical documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic customer service tasks and visitor management.
- Ensure the weekend workspace is clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience with data entry and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
