Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls and inquiries professionally, ensuring all messages are logged accurately.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and general office upkeep.
- Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Support the weekend management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
- Greet visitors and vendors with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as scheduled.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
