Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk operations from Friday through Sunday.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and database systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning of essential documents to maintain an organized office environment.
- Coordinate calendar scheduling for team meetings and manage room bookings for the weekend shifts.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and provide administrative support to management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role, with a strong emphasis on data entry proficiency.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance are mandatory.
