Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, maintaining both digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area that reflects the company's brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
