Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multiple phone lines and routing calls efficiently.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and confirm them via email or phone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Process payments and manage front desk cash handling accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
