Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a friendly voice, routing them to the appropriate department or taking detailed messages.
- Greet and direct guests and clients with high levels of customer service and professionalism.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and copying documents.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments accurately.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the reception area is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with mail distribution and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
