Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure databases with 99% accuracy.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with strict adherence to company policies.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage internal calendars.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team member.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
