Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend hours, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and updating internal databases.
- Handle incoming email inquiries and route messages to the appropriate staff members promptly.
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules, arrange conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reporting as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative support or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
