Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend appointments and internal meetings.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and general correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply organization.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
