As a Weekend Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly from Friday through Sunday. You will interact with clients, manage incoming communications, and support various departments with essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Reception & Greeting: Welcome visitors and clients warmly, manage the front desk, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication Management: Answer and screen phone calls professionally, take detailed messages, and respond to emails and internal correspondence in a timely manner.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file physical and digital documents. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper confidentiality.
- Office Operations: Perform general office duties including restocking supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling appointments for the management team.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday (or Saturday/Sunday shifts).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
