Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for the weekend shift team.
- Prepare and organize weekly reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all departmental records.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients during weekend operations.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and expense report processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Receptionist is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
