We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This is a Weekend Shift role offering a fantastic work-life balance for candidates with strong Data Entry Skills.
As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our office operations run smoothly during critical weekend hours. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from organizing digital files to assisting management with essential reporting. Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for quick retrieval.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately during business hours.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments and meetings using calendar software.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and requisition new stock as needed.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc administrative projects to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and high attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
