- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets

- Coordinate weekend office operations including mail handling and supply management
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparations
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data entries to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Support cross-departmental projects with timely document processing

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative/data entry experience
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data management software

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
