Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations and greet visitors with a professional demeanor during weekend hours.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, agendas, and meeting packets.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering of office supplies.
- Coordinate weekend scheduling for staff meetings and client appointments.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and secure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
