Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for department managers.
- Process data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
