Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line telephones professionally.
- Perform high-speed data entry, filing, and document management with 99% accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for department management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
