Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for executive teams
- Handle sensitive correspondence, confidential documentation, and secure record-keeping systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and maintain accurate departmental databases
- Process expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests with strict attention to detail
- Support onboarding processes and serve as primary weekend contact for vendor relationships
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and analytics using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure optimal workspace functionality
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking
