Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing the front desk reception and greeting guests warmly.
- Answering incoming calls and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Performing data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Scheduling meetings and preparing necessary materials and catering.
- Processing incoming mail and distributing it efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare agendas or materials as needed.
- Assist with light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
