Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer and route incoming phone calls, and manage the company switchboard efficiently.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and account information into our CRM and database systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Document Management: File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring proper retention and accessibility for team members.
- Communication: Relay messages to staff members and provide information regarding the organization to callers and visitors.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for department heads.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and requisition supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type with speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
