Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain confidential records
- Prepare, edit, and distribute essential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support event coordination and logistics for weekend client meetings
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation accurately
- Assist with office inventory management and supply procurement
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend operational inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
