Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with company goals.
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Product & Technology Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) and assess their applicability to our business.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic pivots and innovations.
- Oversee the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 strategy.
- Mentor and develop high-potential talent within the strategy and innovation teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5-10 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
