Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological possibilities into product blueprints
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation investment analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with agile development methodologies and open innovation ecosystems
