Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 5-10 year horizons, producing actionable strategic roadmaps
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development priorities and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology vectors: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum advantage, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive transformation initiatives
