Job Description
We are at the precipice of the Artificial Intelligence revolution. As we look toward 2026, the lines between human intent and machine execution are blurring. Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the development of the next generation of autonomous, multimodal AI systems.
In this role, you won't just be using existing models; you will be engineering the future. You will design the architectural backbone for our flagship products, focusing on scalability, reasoning capabilities, and ethical alignment. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative transformers, this is your opportunity to define the industry standard.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Generative AI architectures optimized for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead the research and deployment of Agentic AI workflows, enabling autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Architect robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multimodal AI (text, vision, audio) into seamless user experiences.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce operational costs for large-scale model serving.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) via APIs.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies (PEFT, LoRA).
