Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on LLMs and edge computing.
- Lead the development of proprietary machine learning models and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development within the team.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
