- Manage multi-line phone systems with exceptional customer service etiquette
- Coordinate office calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments while maintaining digital records
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with high typing speed (45+ WPM) and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front-desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
