Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist with office procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Support event planning and coordination for internal/external activities
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
