Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for executive staff
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, visitors) with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office orientation
- Support event planning and logistical coordination
- Collaborate with departments to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
