Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Order office supplies and manage inventory control
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records management
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
