- Process expense reports and vendor invoices accurately
- Assist in onboarding new employees with orientation materials
- Collaborate with department heads on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
