- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential databases using advanced Excel functions and proprietary CRM systems
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.8% data integrity rate across multiple platforms
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics for executive decision-making
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for executive team across multiple time zones
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage digital filing systems with metadata optimization for rapid retrieval
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and system protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume data entry with demonstrated accuracy metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM data management systems
- Professional certification in data analytics or office administration preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
