Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and accounting systems
- Greet visitors professionally and manage appointment scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-error data integrity
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce a plus)
