Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message taking

- Coordinate mail processing, shipping/receiving, and office supply inventory
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and conference room scheduling
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
