Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for executive staff
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision
- Assist with onboarding new hires including equipment setup and orientation materials
- Collaborate with departments on event planning and office supply inventory
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative or office support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
