Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, verify appointments, and maintain secure visitor log protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and manage office supply inventory
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, document formatting, and report generation
- Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
