Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor reception area with impeccable presentation
- Support HR and administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with event coordination for 50+ attendees
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Associates degree preferred
