Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, prioritizing urgent inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendar management across 15+ department heads
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance and meeting room coordination
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages for 150+ employees
- Administer office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires with orientation materials
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-error documentation standards
- Act as primary liaison for building management services
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist/front desk experience in corporate or tech environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume settings
- Professional demeanor with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Discretion handling confidential executive communications
- Ability to troubleshoot basic AV and office equipment issues
- Flexibility for extended hours during peak periods
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
