Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate calendar management and meeting room bookings for executives
- Handle multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office orientation
- Maintain secure confidential information and client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
