Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors, verify appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate conference room bookings and maintain office supplies inventory
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and new employee orientations
- Assist with data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
