Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate calendar scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics for executives
- Handle multi-line phone systems and professional customer communication
- Perform data entry, report generation, and document management using MS Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
- Support accounts payable/receivable tasks and expense report processing
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or office assistant experience
