Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and administrative databases
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Assist with basic office tasks (filing, copying, scanning)
- Support HR with employee onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication abilities (bilingual Spanish/English a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
