Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
