Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the multi-line phone system, answering inquiries and routing calls to the correct departments.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office events.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
