- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Maintain organized reception area and manage office supplies inventory
- Process insurance verification and collect co-payments
- Coordinate with clinical staff for patient flow management
- Handle confidential patient information with HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
