Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming calls and emails, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
